1.In which stage is the project right now?
-Phase A of the project is executed which included 17 villas sold, a farm, a restaurant in the farm and a private beach access.
-Phase B is under construction which includes 34 villas. We have started from the first row in front of the sea with plots B9, B5 & B10 consisting of 13 villas.
Next step will be the construction of the wellness spa of 1,000 sq.m that will be by the beach and managed by a leading wellness international company.
2.What am I buying?
-All the villas are sustainable and part of an eco-village with caved villas. Each villa has their indoor area, a large veranda, a private swimming pool, a garden and parking.
-All the villas have a 360 Seaview sunset.
3.Will my unit be fitted out?
-All units will have top of the line quality standard finishing; you will have the option of choosing from one of two Interior Design themes.
-Should you wish to purchase a unit “designer ready” or ‟white shell” we would be happy to assist with your requirements in order to facilitate time and monetary savings on completing your own interior design.
-Appliances, furniture and smart home packages will be made available closer to completion (at an extra cost – should you choose to take these options).
4.What are the facilities of the project?
The project already includes (phase A):
-Farm to table restaurant
-Private beach access
The under construction part of the project (phase B) includes:
- Wellness spa 1,000 sq.m managed by an international spa management comp.
-Venue for events
Once the Wellness Spa is ready in 2023 all villas owners be able to use all its facilities.
5.Any maintenance cost?
All Villa owners will benefit from all projects facilities with fee that will range between 1,500 to 2,500 Euros a yearly proportionally to the type and size of the villa.
6.Will my property have power and water?
-The monthly electricity charges are approximately 30 euros.
-Once the property is completed we get the power certificate.
-Each villa has its own Water tank.
-If living in the villa fulltime the tank should be filled twice a month ( 150 to 200 Euros / month)
7.Are the any property rules?
All the properties are design and built according to the Greek building laws and the residents are not allowed to alter or interfere with the outdoor design.
However, before commencing the interior clients can suggest changes for the interior.
8.You will manage our property and what are the charges?
Our company Divine Property is a prominent real estate and management company. We have offices in Mykonos Syros Athens and Beirut. We handle the full management of the property ensuring the highest possible occupancy rate with luxury customer experience services.
Our team provides our clients with full concierge services:
-Pick up and drop offs
We charge the owner 25% commission on the bookings.
