Part of the almost half a million square meters of land will be offered for the development of four 5 – star Boutique Hotels with deluxe amenities and facilities that will provide the perfect island getaway for passionate tourists and travellers from every corner of the world.

The hotel area of the project will comprise of four 5-star hotels with over 300 meters façade to the sea offering a wide range of facilities and luxury services to guests and residents such as

The four boutique hotels will benefit from the companies’ experience in the hospitality industry through the construction, ownership and management of an exclusive award-winning deluxe beach resort the Casa Del Mar Mykonos Seaside Resort and Spa in the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos one of the most visited islands in the world.
